Listing timeline

- Wide shot of each main room from the doorway.
- Natural light photos (curtains open) of living, kitchen, and primary.
- Problem areas buyers will notice (empty corners, heavy clutter, dark halls).
Empty vs lived-in
- Mark rooms that are vacant and may need furniture support.
- Mark rooms you will live in through showings.
- Note pieces you are willing to store, sell, or keep in place.
